These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the NR999 platform. Please read them carefully in full before registering an account or using any services. By accessing NR999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and NR999 (hereinafter "NR999", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the NR999 website accessible at https://nr999.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality made available thereunder.
NR999 is an English-language online gaming information platform primarily serving Pakistani users. By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the NR999 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

NR999 does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Users must satisfy themselves as to the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction before registering or participating. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the NR999 platform in any capacity. Use of the platform by any person under the age of 18 (or a higher minimum age where required by the applicable license jurisdiction) is strictly prohibited.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
To register an account and use the NR999 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction. NR999 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Being 18 years of age does not by itself make participation in online gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other restricted jurisdiction. Age eligibility is verified through KYC documentation and the Platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful, prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. NR999 does not provide legal advice on this matter. Pakistani users are reminded that gambling restrictions apply under local law.
Each individual person may hold only one registered account on NR999. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device identifier or any other shared attribute — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not under any legal restriction, court order, insolvency proceeding or other impediment that would affect your capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Self-Exclusion: If you have previously self-excluded from NR999 or any affiliated platform, you are a Prohibited User for the duration of that exclusion period and must not attempt to register a new account. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering for an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly whenever it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to notify NR999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. NR999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
NR999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to or during the processing of any withdrawal request, or where suspicious activity is identified. Acceptable documents for Pakistani users include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), current passport or other government-issued photographic identification together with proof of current residential address. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
NR999 will never ask you for your password through email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NR999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation, data mining, automated scraping or systematic reproduction of Platform content.
You agree that you will not, at any time:
Any breach of Section 5.2 will be deemed a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals and permanent ban from the Platform. NR999 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
NR999 supports a range of deposit methods as published in the cashier section of the Platform from time to time. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without advance notice. References to payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are for contextual familiarity only. NR999 does not claim partnership, affiliation, endorsement or facilitation of gambling services by any of these institutions.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All amounts are expressed in PKR unless a conversion is applied for cryptocurrency deposits.
The Platform's primary operating currency is PKR. Where deposits are made in an alternative currency, the Platform will apply a conversion rate as published at the time of the transaction. Conversion rates are informational and the Platform does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your NR999 account are from legitimate sources, are free from criminal activity and belong to you personally. You are prohibited from depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using payment instruments that do not belong to you.
Responsible gambling deposit limits may be set by the User at any time through account settings. NR999 reserves the right to impose mandatory deposit limits where required by applicable regulations or where account review indicates a need to do so.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) all active wagering requirements must be satisfied in full; (c) your account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes, active self-exclusion or compliance hold; and (d) the withdrawal amount must meet applicable minimum thresholds as displayed in the cashier.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point where required for AML compliance purposes — NR999 may request identity verification documents. These include, but are not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) and, where applicable, documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds. Failure to submit requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the delay or suspension of withdrawal processing.
Withdrawal payments will be issued exclusively to payment methods registered in the User's own name that match the identity information held on account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, an alternative method may be designated in accordance with Platform policy.
NR999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timescales. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method, KYC status, compliance requirements and operational factors. No fixed timeline is represented or warranted by NR999. Estimated timeframes displayed in the cashier are indicative only.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit or withdrawal activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or longer may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as published in the Platform's fee schedule from time to time. Users will be notified prior to any fee being applied in accordance with the Platform's communications policy.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives offered by NR999 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to an account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are published per promotion and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered PKR 20,000 before withdrawal is permitted).
NR999 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play exposure, collusion between Users, and multiple account bonus exploitation. Where bonus abuse is identified, NR999 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend or permanently close the account and recover any funds paid out as a result of the abuse.
Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been subject to the required wagering within the promotional validity period will expire automatically and will be removed from the account balance without further notice.

All sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches, football, UFC and other sports — are governed by the sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the Platform's betting rules section. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable rules. NR999 does not claim partnership with, endorsement by, or affiliation to the PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket franchise or any other sporting body referenced in betting markets.
Live betting markets are offered during qualifying sporting events. Odds in live markets update in real time. NR999 reserves the right to suspend, void or settle live markets in accordance with published rules where data integrity issues, event delays, scorecard errors or other exceptional circumstances arise. Any bet placed after the occurrence of a key event that has not yet been reflected in the live odds display may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
Casino games, live dealer tables and instant-win products on NR999 are supplied by independent game studios. Each game is governed by its own built-in rules and RTP (Return to Player) configuration set by the supplying studio. NR999 does not modify game outcomes. Results are determined by independent Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live physical game apparatus in live-dealer environments.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, betting market settlement or bonus calculation, you must submit a formal dispute to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the outcome in question. NR999's decision following a good-faith review of the dispute shall be final and binding unless overturned through a formal dispute resolution process established by the applicable licensing authority.
NR999 reserves the right to set, modify or apply individual betting limits or account-level stake restrictions at any time without prior notice. These restrictions may apply based on account history, bonus status, risk management requirements or other operational factors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view and interact with Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of NR999.
The NR999 name, logo and all associated brand marks are trademarks of NR999. No permission is granted to use any NR999 trademark in connection with any product, service or business that could cause confusion, mislead consumers or disparage NR999.
NR999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from interruption or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service dependencies and factors outside NR999's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. NR999 accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NR999 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings or expected profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputational harm.
NR999 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform. Gambling involves risk and Users participate at their own discretion. You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are subject to chance and that no outcome is guaranteed.
The Platform may reference or integrate services provided by third parties including game studios, payment processors and data providers. NR999 accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, terms or reliability of any third-party service provider.
⚠️ Important: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
NR999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without advance notice, where NR999 reasonably believes that: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the User is a Prohibited User; (c) the account is associated with fraudulent, unlawful or suspicious activity; (d) the User has provided false, misleading or incomplete registration information; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory or financial risk to NR999 or other Users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting NR999 customer support at [email protected]. Account closure will be processed subject to the resolution of any outstanding balances, pending bets, active bonus conditions or ongoing KYC/AML review. Real-money balances in a verified account will be refunded to your registered payment method following account closure, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.
Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and governing law clauses — shall continue to apply following account closure.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NR999 holds its operating licence, as determined by the operator from time to time.
NR999 does not claim to be subject to Pakistan law in so far as the provision of online gambling services is concerned. Pakistani users are reminded that local law applies to their activities and NR999 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. Users assume full legal responsibility for their participation.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact NR999 customer support at [email protected] to seek resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Users may have the right to refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body under the relevant operator licence, where such a mechanism exists and is made available.
NR999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, NR999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account, or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
